The Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University Birnin Kebbi (FUBK), Professor M.Z. Umar, cordially invites the University community and the general public to the 26th Edition of the FUBK Seminar Series.
The seminar will hold on Tuesday, 23rd September 2025, by 11:00am at the SLH 2 Lecture Theatre, Main Campus.
This edition will feature a paper titled "Geophysical Survey Design, Data Acquisition, Processing and Interpretation for Mineral Exploration in Southern Parts of Kebbi State: Field Configuration in Line with Global Best Practices."
The paper will be presented by Dr. Adamu Abubakar of the Department of Applied Geophysics, Federal University Birnin Kebbi.
The occasion will be chaired by Alhaji Bello Yahaya Geza, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Solid Minerals Development and Mining, Kebbi State.
Staff, students and members of the public are encouraged to attend. The seminar will also be streamed live on the University's official Facebook page, Federal University Birnin Kebbi.
