Overview

Philosophy of Economics Department FUBK The Department of Economics at Federal University Birnin Kebbi was established in 2013 and is dedicated to fostering students with managerial, Entrepreneurship, Professional training and required skills that will prepare them for service to humanity. The program aim at encouraging critical thinking about economic problems and their policy implications from empirical world. The program is also designed to emphasize the importance of professionally relevant service activities for various stakeholders including the University community, public and private sectors at all levels. Mission The department aspires to produce excellent, self-employed, marketable, competitive and vibrant economist with high level entrepreneurship skills and ability to utilize and develop potentials.

Direct Entry
Candidate should possessed a minimum of lower credit in Economics and other relevant courses in addition to SSCE basic requirement.
